Yes — ClarityCommand™ saves your work automatically and securely in real time, so you won't lose progress. Your data is encrypted and never sold or shared.
Yes. Go to Users in the sidebar to add crew members. Workers get a simplified view — they can log jobs and check their schedule but can't see financials. Managers get full access except for the owner-only tools.
Invoices are for standard client billing — you send them and get paid. Pay Apps (G702/G703) are for commercial/GC jobs where you bill against a schedule of values, often with retainage held back. If you work with general contractors on large projects, you'll use Pay Apps. For regular service clients, use Invoices.
It's a cash flow protection tool built specifically for field service businesses. From the date you submit a pay app or invoice, you have roughly 46 days before you're in the danger zone for cash flow. The tracker shows you exactly where each payment stands in that window so you know when to follow up before it becomes a problem.
From the Executive Dashboard, click the "📤 QuickBooks Export" button. This downloads a CSV file formatted for QuickBooks import. For automatic syncing, connect QuickBooks Online through the Integrations page in your Owner Tools.
Inside the app, Leslie AI can help with the kinds of questions that come up running your business — pricing a job, drafting a follow-up email for overdue payments, thinking through cash flow, flagging risks, and general business guidance — based on the information available in your account. Open the app and tap "✦ Ask Leslie AI" in the sidebar to get started.

Yes. Go to Team & Access in the sidebar to add staff members. Caregivers get a simplified view — they can log meals, clock in/out, and view shift handoffs. Owners get full access including financials and reports.
ClarityCommand™ Care is an operations tool, not a medical records system. Do not store diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, or any Protected Health Information (PHI). The app is not HIPAA-certified for medical records. Use it for room assignments, income tracking, scheduling, and daily operations.
When you add a resident and enter their monthly rate, that amount automatically flows into your Accounting & P&L tab as income. Update a resident's rate and your financials update instantly — no manual entry needed.
Care AI can help with operational decisions, drafting messages to families or staff, compliance prep for HHSC inspections, financial guidance on pricing and margins, and any situation that comes up running your home. Open the app and tap Care AI in the sidebar to get started.

Use AnnualCreditReport.com — it's the only federally authorized source for free reports from all three bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion). Video 2 walks you through exactly how to do it step by step.
By law, credit bureaus have 30–45 days to investigate and respond to a dispute. Results vary — some items are removed quickly, others may require follow-up letters. Leslie will help you track each dispute and know when to escalate.
No — filing a dispute itself does not affect your credit score. The dispute process is your legal right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Disputing inaccurate information can only help your score, never hurt it.
Leslie can help you understand specific items on your report, decide what's worth disputing, draft dispute letter language, explain credit scoring factors, and coach you through what to work on next based on your goals. She's available 24/7 inside the app.
